”I recently encountered a problem with the A/C system over the weekend. I placed a call the the Sensible people Saturday evening and was told I would have to wait some time or a repairmen as it was 8pm on a Saturday evening, understandable. A very nice lady followed up with me Sunday morning and said she could schedule a tech for first thing Monday morning which I agreed to. A few hours later, I got a call from a repair man saying he was in the area and wanted to know if he could stop by to look at my system. He showed up a half hour later and fixed the problem, we needed a new thermostat. I got a call later that evening from the Sensible people again to make certain we were satisfied.

I'd hate to see how long they'd take if it was something serious like plumbing or an air conditioner. The claims department at HWA is a joke. Our A/C has been broken for 3 weeks now and every time I call I get someone else who immediately puts me on hold then tells me the same thing, the previous person told me and everyone of them has said, "I’ll follow up with a phone call or email to keep you posted". Do you know I haven’t received NOT 1 call or email. but hey they did say once again today, "Purchasing is trying to find the part. " I ask, "How long can this take, and let me speak to your supervisor. " so I spoke to someone who said she was a supervisor said I could call and talk directly to her so we can get this matter resolved. She was also supposed to follow up with an email that I’ve never received. Well once again a lie, these clerks claim there’s no way they can put me through to anyone in particular person. I feel like no I KNOW I am getting the famous runaround, in this Louisiana heat. No one deserves to be treated like this.
